1/4 Serrano Chile
2 ounces Tequila Azul Imperial Reposado
1/2 ounce Cointreau
3 ounces Sweet and Sour
2 leafs of Hierbabuena
Cut the cucumber and the serrano chile in small
Smash the cucumber and the chile
together until is juicy.
Add all the ingredients in a cocktail
shaker, filled with 3/4 cup cubed ice
and shake vigorously.
Pour with the ice into the Explosion cup.
2 Ounces Tequila Azul Imperial Reposado
2 ounces simple syrup
1 ounce Cointreau
1 ounce club soda
2 ounces concentrated mango
4 ounces crushed ice
Add Azul Imperial Reposado, simple
syrup, Cointreau, club soda,
concentrated mango and ice.
Mix in blender until smooth.
